The Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary offers one of the best online MBA programs on the east coast. The school’s business programs hold accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). After Harvard University, William & Mary is the oldest university in the United States, and both the alumni and the students currently enrolled continue to uphold its academic legacy.

Current students and alumni of the Online MBA program work in high level positions at companies such as Deloitte, IBM, and the U.S. Armed Forces. Moreover, the acclaimed faculty have consulted with a wide array of companies and organizations ranging from Kraft and Coca-Cola to Lockheed Martin, and the Department of Homeland Security. Throughout the Online MBA program, students seek an innovative solution to a “wicked problem” — an existing business problem with an unknown solution. Students choose practical issues from their professional lives to solve during the first MBA course and then continue to work on solutions throughout the remainder of the program. The Online MBA program also includes a three-day residency experience on campus for students to connect with peers and faculty. This weekend-long event takes place in a professional conference style, with social networking events and lectures led by business leaders. The program hosts residency experiences twice a year, though students only need to attend one.
